This Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy practices and principles. Buena Vista Magazines, Inc., an indirect subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, publishes Discover, Disney Adventures, FamilyFun and Wondertime. Buena Vista Magazines, Inc. is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us,” “our” and “ourselves.” In keeping with the traditions of The Walt Disney Company, we refer to our customers as “guests.” When this Privacy Policy uses the term “personally identifiable information,” we mean information that identifies a particular individual, such as the individual’s name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. When other information, such as, for example, consumer product preferences, or number of children, is directly associated with personally identifiable information, this other information also becomes personally identifiable information for purposes of this Privacy Policy. Please have the mailing label from each magazine to which you subscribe available when you call and be sure to identify to the customer service representative each of those magazines. Please be advised that we may require up to 30 days to implement fully your request that we not share your personal information. Please be advised that we do not share non-subscriber personal information for promotional purposes with other subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company or third parties. Amendments to Privacy Policy Q9 How will you know if we amend this Privacy Policy? A9 We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we amend this Privacy Policy to permit material changes in the way we collect, use and/or share your personal information, we will notify you of such changes by sending you an e-mail at the last e-mail address that you provided to us, and/or by prominently posting notice of the changes on our web site(s). Any such material changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective thirty (30) calendar days following either our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or our posting of notice of the changes on our web site(s).
