Dancing Eggs
$15, by Haba, oompa.com
Don't plan on sitting comfortably for long when you play Dancing Eggs, a game of contortionism, laughter — and thievery. Players are challenged to collect as many rubber eggs as possible as they roll one die that shows where a player must place the egg (between his elbow and bicep, under her chin, and so on), and another that depicts what to do while holding the egg (like run around the table or cluck loudly). "You need a chiropractor for this. It's like Cirque du Soleil!" said one dad tester. Circus moves aside, this game lets kids use social skills, language, and large and fine motor skills. Oh, and they giggle. A lot. — April/May 2007 From Our Sponsors
