Piecrust Cookies

Your kids are jonesing to make yet another batch of holiday cookies, but you're not feeling it? Replace the customary cookie dough with storebought piecrust. They still get the fun parts—rolling, cutting, decorating—but with less effort for you and less sugar for them.
Heat oven to 350. Unroll piecrusts onto a lightly floured surface. Busy the kids with cutting out shapes with cookie cutters and transferring them to foil-lined cookie sheets with a spatula. Roll out the scraps and keep cutting shapes until you're out of dough. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon sugar and bake until lightly golden on the edges, about 10 minutes. (one piecrust yields about 2 dozen cookies)
